There are certain requirements you need to meet to be able to become a Supported Employee at Help.

Are you:

• Over 18 years old,
• On a NDIS plan, and,
• Willing and able to work at least 8 hours per week?

If you said yes to the above, then good news – you may be eligible for Supported Employment!

We give you the chance to work in a variety of industries, so you can see what suits you best.

We have jobs in:

• Manufacturing and production
• Supply chain services
• Horticulture
• Administration
• Hospitality

Help offers multiple employment pathways to suit your needs. If SEM isn’t the right path for you, then Disability Employment Services or School Leaver Employment Supports might be a better fit.

School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) is a program of individualised support for school leavers and recent high school graduates. We help you build the skills and confidence to find and maintain a fulfilling job.

Disability Employment (DES) is tailored support for people with disability, illness, injury, or health conditions to prepare for, find, and maintain work. Our coaches help you get job-ready and find work you enjoy. And when you’ve got the job, we provide ongoing support and coaching.
