Our process

Our hiring process

The application and recruitment process is straightforward at Help.

  1. Find the job you want to apply for.
  2. Complete the application and submit your resume.
  3. If you make it to the shortlist, you’ll be invited for an interview.
  4. If you are our preferred candidate, we’ll do a background and reference check.
  5. If everything checks out, we’ll contact you with an offer.

Mandatory requirements

As we operate in the Disability sector, there are several mandatory requirements you’ll need to meet before you start work, including:

  • Right to Work in Australia
  • Blue Card
  • NDIS Worker Screening (previously Yellow Card)
  • National Criminal History Check (no more than 6 months old)
  • First Aid and CPR (role dependent)
  • Own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance (role dependent)
  • Unrestricted driver’s licence (role dependent).
