Help offers multiple employment pathways to suit your needs.

Supported Employment (SEM) is a program where you work in a supported environment across one of Help’s social enterprise businesses. SEM provides an opportunity to develop skills, earn your own income, and grow independence, all while receiving extra support on the job. 

Youth Employment Assistance (formerly SLES) is a program of individualised support for school leavers and young adults. We help you build the skills and confidence to find and maintain a fulfilling job.

Inclusive Employment Australia is tailored support for people with disability, illness, injury, or health conditions to prepare for, find, and maintain work. Our coaches help you get job-ready and find work you enjoy. And when you’ve got the job, we provide ongoing support and coaching.
