Social Outing

Connect with your community through social outings such as going to the movies, having a BBQ in the park or visiting a local museum.

Literacy and Numeracy

Learn the key principles of literacy and numeracy including reading, writing, communication, adding, subtracting, multiplying and division.

Navigate the internet, manage emails, and learn how to use search engines and programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Get an introduction to the world of hospitality. You’ll master the art of coffee making, practice customer service, and learn about food safety, and hygiene.

Creative Crew

Learn to sew, hone your photography skills or paint your very own masterpiece – all you need to bring is your imagination.

Garden Gurus

Gain hands-on gardening experience. Discover all there is to know about growing your own fruit and veges, preparing garden beds, and propagating plants.

Batter And Bake

Learn basic cooking skills, master your own signature dish, prepare a variety of sweet and savoury foods or pick from our HELP gardens to create a delicious and nutritious meal.

Recreational Fitness

No matter if you love to dance, play team sports, or love a good gym session, we have a program for you.

Am I eligible for Hub?

There are two ways to find out if you are eligible for our Help Hubs:

  • You can check your NDIS plan for eligibility. You will have 04 – Assistance with social and community participation/ Access Community, Social And Rec Activities (TTP) under Core funding, and/or 09 – Increased social and community participation / Skill development and training (TTP) under Capacity Building funding.
  • Our team can help you navigate the requirements, process, and paperwork for your next NDIA planning meeting to secure your funding.

When are our Help Hubs open?

Our Hubs are open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4pm.

We offer full day sessions (8:30am to 4pm) or half day sessions (8:30am to 12pm OR 12:30pm to 4pm), as well as an extended hours program on set Thursday and Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.
