With Moreton Bay’s rapid growth, this new site will support local procurement of high-quality plants while training and employing people with disability in the horticulture industry, helping them take the next step into their employment journey and towards greater independence.
This site expands our current Wholesale Plant Nursery based at Mitchelton where we stock, grow, source, and nurture an extensive range of wholesale plants – from ground covers and natives to rare and exotic varieties.
A special thank you to the Federal Member for Dickson, the Honourable Peter Dutton, and Moreton Bay Region Councillor Cath Tonks for joining us at this special event. We’re also grateful to the Trade and Investment Team and Cedar Glen for their invaluable partnership in making this project a reality.
Watch the highlights and see how we’re growing both plants and opportunities!
At Help, we’re all about creating pathways for people with disability to find what they like so they can lead fulfilling and independent lives.
