Help offers multiple employment pathways to suit your needs. If Inclusive Employment Australia isn’t the right path for you, then Youth Employment Assistance (formerly SLES) or Supported Employment might be a better fit.
Youth Employment Assistance (formerly SLES) is a program of individualised support for school leavers and recent high school graduates. We help you build the skills and confidence to find and maintain a fulfilling job.
Supported Employment (SEM) is a program where you work in a supported environment across one of Help’s social enterprise businesses. SEM provides an opportunity to develop skills, earn your own income, and grow independence, all while receiving extra support on the job.
